Help!!!!

I’m 28 weeks pregnant but i want to start getting ready for breastfeeding with my first baby i had the worst experience ever when it came to breastfeeding after my c- section my milk supply just dried up but for this pregnancy i been feeling my breast differently any suggestions of what can i start taking or start doing so my supply doesn’t dry up or any drinks that you guys had taken after c-section that made you have more milk

Fortunately, I've never struggled with this. However, with that being said, Milky Mama is really well liked.

So with my first my milk went away almost instantly I struggled with it but this go around I've made it so far with breastfeeding what I see has helped me is body armor Gatorade thanks for the electrolytes and I know it's going to sound crazy but Oreos seem to make my supply so much more I would just say definitely try to eat the side of your foods and snack don't feel bad about it because your body's feeding a baby I hope everything works out congratulations.

Oats help! I would make breakfast baked oats or oat protein balls or add oat milk to some hot chocolate (which already helps with supply)!
