Dilapan induction

Following as the doctor has told me I am having a dilapan induction next Sunday as I had an emergency c-section aswell xxx

I had dilipan with my first! Induction itself went well, I had dilipan in Friday morning and removed Friday night and I'd successfully started dilating. Took until Sunday morning for a labour room to become available but I'd continued in early labor so they just broke my waters rather than needing any other hormonal intervention. Unfortunately it ended in an emergency section BUT this was because injections to slow my contractions increased her heart rate 😅 I'd accept dilipan induction again but maybe not the injections I had to slow my labour xx

I was and it failed I was told I couldn’t have a hormone induction. For me personally I think it was because the lady putting them in was her first time. After 24 hours I was less than 1cm dilated but they managed to break my waters. 14 hours after that I’d only got to 3 and was taken for another C-section. I’m about to have my third but birthing wasn’t even on the table this time round I’m booked straight in for a C-section
