Yes potentially, if you let him chomp on your finger and it's getting sharper then it may well be teeth 😬

@Noush Dribbling lots was the main one, and wanting to chomp on anything, we had lots of teething toys to hand, and teething gel. His cheeks were also quite red just before they broke through x
