Sample routine

I’ve just transferred from breast to bottle, I have no idea what I’m doing how many hours to wait in between feeds, no idea when to offer food no idea about wake windows? Feel like I’m drowning a bit and feeling very overwhelmed. Any sample routines or usual day for your 6 month old?

So my little one is 6 months, I don’t know if it will be different as he’s always been bottle fed but I’ll pop our schedule below- 7am wakes - has 180ml (6 scoops of formula) 10.30am - has 180ml and roughly a 30 min to an hour nap 1.30pm - has 180ml and fingers crossed for everyone a longer nap haha 5pm - some finger food followed by a bottle (150ml 5 scoops)if he’s still hungry 6.30pm - bath 7pm - 210ml (7 scoops) and asleep for the night We do play it by ear, if he is fussy or seems upset we might give him a random bottle in the day. He has quite a distinctive “I’m hungry” cry! Hope this helps in some way. We use SMA first steps milk :)

Below is a rough schedule, it changes based on when he wakes up and how long his naps are as he’s a bit inconsistent with them at the moment. But in general at 6 months old he does 3 hours between bottles, 2/2.5hr wake windows with 3 or 4 30 minute naps and has breakfast and tea x 7.30am wake up 8am 210ml bottle 9am breakfast 9.30am nap 1 (30 mins) 10.30am 210ml bottle 12pm nap 2 (30 mins) 1.30pm 210ml bottle 3pm nap 3 (30 mins) 4.30pm 210ml bottle 5pm occasionally a fourth nap but I’ll cap it to 20 mins 5.30pm teatime 6pm bath if it’s bath night 7pm 240ml bottle & bed

Any tips on how you switched?
