Partner grossed out by leaking breasts

So I’m 28 weeks pregnant, and started leaking a little bit of colostrum from my breasts. I messaged my partner, who was at work, to tell him and express how surprised I was that it leaks so early on. We’re generally quite open about stuff, so when he came home, I’ve asked him in a joking way if he wants to see it lol. But he replied that hell no, it’s gross? And I’m just not understanding the reaction as it’s just a natural bodily function? Another side note, since being pregnant, we’ve barely had any sexual life either as he can’t get over a baby being in my tummy while making love. It all just makes me feel less worthy as I would expect a partner to uplift you and support you. Does anyone have similar experience?

wait til he sees where the baby comes from lol

if he researches colostrum and breast milk properties under a microscope it’s cleaner than water and hopefully that will help him overcome whatever fear he has of it

Sounds like he's got something going on. Think you can suggest having a midwife explain all this to him, reassure him that sex in pregnancy is absolutely okay and nothing will happen (unless advised otherwise, etc). Think someone needs to just explain to him that all that is normal caz tbh, this will just put you off even having him in the delivery room incase he gets petrified from the whole birth experience like curiosity will get better of him and he will want to look at his baby being born for example.

Man needs to get a grip. Leaky boobs are just the tip of the iceberg for the things he will witness 😂. Sorry to hear that your not feeling very supported though. Women literally create life. No machines can do what your body can, and I really hope you focus on that to feel empowered. Our sex life was pretty non-existant when I was pregnant too. My hormones just said NOPE. You will change, and your relationship will change. May be good for your partner to have a beer and chat with another Dad friend?

mine still leak 9 months PP, just a warning x

How dare he say that? Sounds like a man child

If colostrum, which is also called 'liquid milk' for its great values makes him gross I wonder what he'll say about changing a 💩 nappy!
