Has anyone found their 2.5 year old less interested in toys or short attention span for the toys designed for less than 3 years old?
I want to occupy my LO with independent play while I tend to or rock to sleep my 3.5 month old but she is really disinterested- either wants me to play too or doesn’t even look at them. I’ve tried toy rotation and letting her pick out her own toys on a morning

Puzzles, Duplo, Sylvanian families and train track are most popular here. We don’t have a lot of sub 3 year old toys really thinking about it. (Duplo might be it) x
We have 3 year old toys. All they want to play with is cars or trains. Younger toys they are not interested any more in

My daughter loves little people Toys and doll houses- also I have a little teepee that she loves playing in ☺️ I just got her a mud kitchen as well for the deck- and I got food grade glitter so she can make Potions lol also MAGNETILES are her fave

She loves playing with her big sister’s toys - Barbie’s, Bluey figures etc. she much prefers “drawing” or using the magnetiles rather than her more “babyish” toys
