Postpartum period

I think my body is trying to either ovulate or have a period today and I am in so much pain from the cramps. I took ibuprofen and it went away for an hour and now it’s back 😭 anyone else have their first postpartum period yet? What do you do to help with the pain? I feel like I need pain meds 😆
