Yes that's how I start to feel! It's horrible isn't it
I get this too. 22 + 1. I’ve tried to get some form of routine to prevent it but it’s so difficult to do so. The only thing that I’ve found has helped with the pre-breakfast sickness, is eating a big meal in the evening if you can. High in fibre and carbs. It tends to carry me through the night. I also have a constant supply of snacks on me at all times :)
Yes. I was out today for a walk and so annoyed I forgot a snack and had to wait until I could get to a shop for a roll.
Yeah, I’ve had that before. It’s very frustrating feeling like that. I also carry a bottle of juice or something as it could be just be a sugar low. That helps too
This is my 2nd pregnancy and I’m the same, had it with my first too! I’m 21+1. I just always make sure I carry biscuits/cereal bars with me!! X
I get very light headed and jelly like feelings in my legs and go really hot and clammy like I am about to pass out if I haven’t had my lunch my 12/12:30 never had this before until this pregnancy
