Experiencing the same and am so tired already 😩😩
The only thing that's temporarily helped me is a bath. I've been in agony since around week 25 and 35 weeks now. Done loads of physio to no avail. Deep heat helps temporarily so I put it on before I go to sleep. Turning over in bed is particularly bad x
Initially exercises and the gym ball helped but the heavier I am getting, the less I can see the effects. The only thing that relieves the pain in my thighs and hips is a massage gun. Nothing is helping with the actual groin pain anymore tho. I just feel like as if someone has been beating me with a hammer 🫠
My pillow definitely makes things better (had it since the first trimester) but nothing makes the pain go away. I have everything crossed that it'll go away once the baby is born!
My pregnancy ball was helping and my pregnancy pillow does help a bit to at least get a few hours sleep but i’m 37+3 now and I’ve just accepted I’ll be unable to walk properly until she’s here. Had this pain since like 14 weeks, I am very ready to not be pregnant anymore 😅
I feel exactly the same @Callie . Cannot wait for this to be over and done with 😂
Some days are worse than others. I’ve noticed movement is key to helping it hurt less so try not to sit down for too long, or try to keep moving if you have been sat down or laying down for ages. The exercises that have helped were ones I found on YouTube. Here is one: https://youtube.com/shorts/XDBHXifmESE?si=hvFiiiJdof30Z102
Thanks all, think I have possibly pulled a muscle on top of the actual pain too. Tried everything but to no avail 😭 have served baby their eviction notice in advance in the hope they'll co operate and not make me over like my first 😢
Unfortunately nothing gets rid of it completely until you give birth; but it does improve once baby comes. I found that consistent exercise improved mine, but it never went away completely. I know it’s awful though, especially when you still have weeks/months left 😣
