I’m exactly the same! 16 weeks and awake for 3-4 hours the last 3 weeks!! So tired but fully wide awake! I have started having a chamomile tea before bed, but to be honest that just makes me need a wee in the night haha. Hope we find something!
I’m 19 weeks Tuesday and experience the same still! Sometimes I’m up from 2am and do my whole days work… it’s exhausting!
I’m 18+4 and have not slept well my entire pregnancy but especially recently, it takes me hours to get comfy every night, the room is either to hot or to cold and as soon as I’m comfy I need the bathroom, I am exhausted and only seem to be getting 4/5 hours of broken sleep, My midwife suggested ready a book and using things like lavender spray and creating a routine that I do every night to try and trick my body into thinking it’s time to sleep once implementing the wind down routine, ( it hasn’t worked for me personally but with mentioning) x
Yes! I’m afraid I don’t have any advice really though. I’ve been so tired when I go to bed, but wake up after a few hours and I am wide awake and my pillows feel like they are made out of bricks 😭 I hope it gets better for you soon.
