@Nikita I have a early scan booked at the EPU as I’ve had multiple losses. Hopefully this is a sticky baby and I get to see them then
Hi, I just want to say congratulations @Yonca I too have very unusual periods and don't ovulate on a regular basis. My period last first day was 25th January and according to my calendar app I'm a 39 day cycle. I got the same reading as your digital test on Friday and was 9 days late xx
@Amy thank you and congratulations to you. Can’t wait to actually get a proper date x
I know what you mean, the beginning is agonising especially when you find out this early 😬 we could be DD buddies lol xx
Congrats - if you google NHS due date calculator you can put your cycle info in and it will tell you how far along you are & estimate due date xx
@Pippa I did this tells me I'm 5 weeks and due 12th November using my first day of my last period and my average monthly cycle of 39 days x
Congrats!! I also have PCOS so I will tell you everything is unreliable except the ultrasound! For both my children the dates the doctors gave me based on my periods and based on their measurements were almost a month off !!!
@Angel my first baby was IVF so my dates were precise because I knew exactly when he got in there lol but this time round I’m so clueless
My sister has always said 2 weeks extra to what the test says so possible around 4 weeks
I’d just wait for your ultrasound dates! I got so confused and worried both times listening to the dates keep changing. The ultrasound tells all 🥰
@Angel I think mums just want an idea, something to keep our minds at ease, if unsure book an early reassurance scan, these can be done from 6 weeks and helps to ease any worries when you see bubba. I think 8 weeks is best because you should be able to pick up the heartbeat xx
It’s very confusing tbh you can be pregnant but still be earlier pregnant than you thought as the egg can take longer to implant. I went for an early scan to see how far I was. You’re probably around 4 weeks I’d say?
