The base of the soup was leftover peppers, mushrooms and an onion. Blended it up and added spaghetti sauce, garlic, tomato paste, crushed tomatoes, lots of seasoning, a little (liquid amminos) soy sauce and veggie broth. Cooked the lasagna noodles separately and then dumped in. Added cream as well-I used vegan, use what you want. For the ricotta, I added cilantro and lemon juice, and a pinch of salt.
