Mum & Baby Pole Fitness Sessions

Hey everyone! I hope this is okay to post here 🤞🏼 I am a pole fitness instructor and first time mama to a 6 month old little boy ✨🩵 I’ve just started running a Mum & Baby Pole Jam session at my studio and wanted to post here in case anyone was looking for a way to get back into exercise without having to worry about childcare ☺️ I’ve been teaching for 5 years and I’m qualified to teach pregnant and post natal students 🐣 the details of the sessions are in the picture but please let me know if you want any more info 😌xxx

@Steph hiya! Yes absolutely! The only thing to consider will be how many weeks post-partum you are. If you haven’t had your 6-8 week GP check up yet then you’re absolutely still welcome to come along ❤️ we would just focus on the breathing exercises, pelvic floor engagement and hanging out 🥳 then once you’re signed off to return to more strenuous exercise we can start adding in core rehab and some pole moves 🤩 The session will be running tomorrow (and every Tuesday!) and you can find details of how to find the studio at the link below ☺️ xx https://momentumpoleaerial.com/momentum-homepage/visit-us-in-gloucester/
