@Rachel oh wow. Can barely see it 😱
Everyone is different. Because of the way they had to do my section mine is a lot bigger. I hate it 😫
@Rachel did you do anything to lighten it?!
I have occasionally done a bit of scar massage with bio oil. Only probably 4-5 times. I want to do it more but it’s so hard to find the time with a baby. My c-section was a planned one and very slow/calm so not sure if that may make a difference compared to an emergency one? I recommend following CsectionUK on Instagram. There is section at the top with scar photos you may want to see also they share general advice. I’ve never paid for their products but find their page useful. https://www.instagram.com/csectionuk?igsh=MWNwbm44ZXB3emhzdQ==
@oge silicone strips will get rid of that. I had a small one and all gone now
@Chaniqua how were you using them? I've seen mixed advice on how long to wear them at a r time ect so would love to hear from you after having them work well
@Nicole I just followed the instructions on the box. It was something like 4hrs for x amount of days then gradually increase by an hour or so. Then eventually I wore them all day.
@Chaniqua where can I get this please? Amazon?

Commenting as I wanna come back in a few min and post. I’m 2.5 years pp and my scar is basically invisible. But it has been since day one. I swear my doctor is an artist.
