Ditch the apps?

We are currently trying for our second baby, I have polycystic ovaries so don’t ovulate on the regular/same time each month. I’m currently tracking my cycles on 3 apps (no idea why 3 😂) and using OvuSense for tracking body temp. I’m starting to feel like it’s a bit much, like too much information is going to take away having any hope of being pregnant if that makes sense. We are still having sex every 2-3 days so I’m wondering if anyone has found it good to ditch all the tracking, body temp etc and just get on with it? I’m really struggling this time round to just ‘get on with life’ while trying for a baby, like it’s all I can think about most days and it’s hard.

We're trying for baby no. 2 but I've not done any temp or ovulation tracking. I didn't with baby no. 1 either. I track my periods but that's all I do. If you're struggling with your mental health and tracking I would totally ditch the tracking

I am in the same boat as you. Also feel like I’m overloaded with supplements and can’t ever seem to find a peak and my cycles are super long now 😭 hope you’re okay x

@Emma it’s really hard isn’t in, I feel like I switch between ‘knowledge is power’ thinking the more I know the better but then also think just let nature do its thing! Hope you’re okay too x
