Sesame seed lookalike in diaper

Hello, my baby’s poop today had 3 black seeds in it. They look like sesame seeds. Is it blood or can it be pomegranate seeds that went through her digestive tract? Like do they turn black. I asked her doctor because she is doing the Canadian milk challenge but she’s on vacation and I think the receptionist texted her that my baby had poop on her diaper instead of explaining what I see. I’m confused. She said to stop the challenge now and wait for it to clear up but it only happened once, there’s no clearing up that’s happening.
