Hey! So I’ve just had my second baby, and am not ready for a third, so I really need to go on birth control. I used to track my cycle, but it didn’t work out very well 🤣
I really wanted something non hormonal. Does anybody have any experience and could recommend something?

Copper coil, condom, condoms with spermicide. You can get the ring which is hormonal but it's localised so you don't tend to get the side effects that come with the other hormonal options. Copper coils the one with the highest success rate of preventing pregnancy.
Look into working with a FAMM practitioner ☺️
