How far are you pp? What hair type do you have? (Oily,curly,dry,sensitive)
When did the hair loss kick in PP, I haven’t experienced it yet but scared
@Huddy for me, not until around 3.5 months pp and then continued until 6 months 😅
My boys is 13 months and my hair still falls out to this day. I have now started wearing a bonnet to bed as we would find hair literally anywhere and everywhere zx
@India well thats not reassuring 😅😫 i find my hair everywhere literally
@Huddy he is dead on four months and I have noticed it getting worse in the last 1-2 weeks 😭😩xxx

So I take multis, hair skin nails, another hair vitamin, and collagen powder my hair loss only lasted 2m. I do make a Rosemary water weekly and just spray that on my hair for volume it gives me heaps of volume before I blowdry.
This is normal, you’re probably in your 4th month pp it’ll stop around 6 months. There’s nothing really that will help it’s just the hormones going back to normal
It’s just hormonal, there’s not much you can do about it. However if it continues longer than 3 months then get your iron checked as low iron is often a cause of hair loss and is common in PP.
