Braxton Hicks...

What has everyone's experience with Braxton Hicks been like? I'm 35w+4days, and I believe I am now possibly feeling them. With my first, they were only ever in my lower back, so of course, I've been seeking something similar, although I am aware every pregnancy is different. Currently, it shifts from lower abdomen, lower back, I've had what it seems to be on the middle/side of my stomach. They are enough to stop me in my tracks at times, especially lower abdomen. On another note, I've been feeling immense pressure/pulling almost like my insides are going to fall out of my area at any given time...that's painful. 😩

This is me and braxton hicks since baby went from breech to heads down. They’re in my lower back and my lower abdomen and not contraction level painful but not fun either. Especially the ones in my back.

I’m 37+4. I seem to get them as soon as I start walking for more than five minutes! Weirdly they seem more intense at night. They initially start with just making my bump really hard and tight but then occasionally progress to actual cramps front and back. They’re definitely not labour levels of pain for me at the minute (that being said, my first labour contractions were a result of the hormone drip 🥲) but they’re definitely uncomfortable!

Yea this is baby moving lower I've been having the same xx
