Heya! I have been given a belt by physiotherapy, but that's 6 when I'm doing a long walking or doing an activity. Does anyone know any good belt/band for all day like sitting, getting up and walking? My job involves of sitting, then standing up, then walking to different environments x
Most pelvic belts aren't suitable for long term wearing. You could either try some tubigrip for additional support or the serola belt is the only one I am aware of that is suitable for longer wearing. What I would say though is try and find someone who does manual therapy as addressing the cause of the pain is much more likely to keep you in a better position
