Adult diapers?

I’ve found the Tena pants to be very useful, I have a very weak bladder at the moment and they are very absorbent, I’ve also seen some women use them after birth to help with bleeding. They are around £8/9 for 9 pairs in boots. The only downside about them is that they can get a bit bulky under certain clothes like leggings and look like you’re wearing a diaper. I used the boots disposable pants with my first, hands down the best thing I used 👍

With my first I just bought some big full brief knickers that went over my stomach and used maternity pads. It worked great.

I used the tena ones just got them from Tesco with my first and they were sooo much better than pads especially at night! My waters were trickling for 2 days before he was born and these worked great

I used the always version from Tesco for that bit of extra protection from leaking, they were a God send! X

I really like my maternity pants for the first few days. Buy maternity though not one’s for wee. The absorbency is designed differently

I got a multi pack off of Amazon! I have the Frida Mom stuff too but just incase they don’t fit I’ve got big disposable pants from Amazon which look amazing to be honest and there was 28 for about £14!
