Night terror

Hi guys, I know there are a lot of moms on here. I would like some advice on what works best. Some of you had to experience this with your children as well, my daughter is 2 1/2 and she’s experiencing night terrors since she was one and a half so going on one year the emotional wreck it puts me through so much to handle. The episodes are very intense. It’s been going on every night. She has stopped doing for a short period of time, but continued she would wake up to sleep usually around the same time, screaming and crying, and cannot be sued no matter what I try until. Finally, she calm down and goes back to sleep. She would push me away, not want anything to do with me for a very long time now all of a sudden she constantly wakes up with the same episodes, but wanting my comfort and as I’m comforting her, she makes it seem like it’s not enough. She’s asking for hugs and what not and I’m doing everything I can to help her the episodes don’t usually last very long maybe 30 minutes to an hour maximum what are things that made it easier for you?

Go Get “sleep berry” from amazon my daughter went through the same thing and this medicine helped her like no other I swear by it no more long nights she sleeps through the night and it’s natural medicine

Mine also has these random episodes. She hasn't had one in a while. But when she did, I'd just comfort her, reassure her that I'm there, and tell her to tell me what she needs. She's good at telling me now but before I'd emphasize that I couldn't help her if she couldn't tell me what she needed. So as we got better, she'd point to the chair or wanting to sleep in mommy's bed. Best of luck x

@Jennifer hi can you send the link or a pic of this please. I can't find it. Desperately need to try this x tar
