Second pregnancy cramps

My first I had cramps at 3 months but they were here an there not consistent .. I’m only 5 weeks 5 days and these cramps are waking me up in the middle of the night or during the day they have me stuck in bed . I can rock back and forth an it eases them. I’ve been to ER said baby is fine an in correct spot . Is this normal ?
