Legally children can front face from 15months in an size seat. However this is not the safest for your child. It's safest to be rear facing for as long as possible. I suggest posting on bump to booster group on FB with your child's height and weight and any specific parameters you are looking for (budget, isofix/non isofix, swivel etc) and the experts there can give you some suggestions
I’ve got the cosatto all in all rotate
We have this one! Took me ages to find one that had everything I wanted! https://icklebubba.com/collections/car-seats/products/radial-i-size-plus-360-spin-40-150cm-car-seat
If you look for a 360/rotate car seat you can rear face for as long as you like… but are able to rotate it forward facing when you choose to as well. I have the Joie 360 for my little boy and this should last him up to about 4 years old, I really like it and would recommend ☺️
There are lots of options out there, depends on your budget and preference. I’m going to link the company we got our two from, and lots of options for extended rear facing: https://naturallybaby.co.uk/collections/extended-rear-facing-seats We have the BeSafe 360 which cost a small fortune but is extended rear facing, rotates and Swedish plus tested. Then we also have the Joie iProdigi which is extended rear facing and Swedish plus tested. Lots of recommendations for the Axkid and my friend really likes her Avionaut
