Mielle and Prose or any salon brand for my biracial kids hair textures seems to work best. I have two with waves and one with tighter curls. Hydration is key. His hair looks like my two with waves, and they don’t need as much oil or heavy leave in creams, but they do need some product after conditioning. I use a leave in conditioner spray to refresh or after washing and sometimes use a little Moroccan or Ouai oil, rub it in my hands and run them through the bottom of their waves, not the scalp or it’s too heavy. It helps reduce frizz.
