Decreased HCG

Has anyone ever had a decrease in hcg in a 48 hour period at 6 weeks and been fine? I’m pretty sure I know what the outcome will be. I have spotting, sometimes “heavy spotting” but still not a flow or more than a little on a pad and when wiping. I had a blood test after my ultrasound saying my HCG was at 2847 and then Wednesday that came back at 2531. I still have pregnancy symptoms and I find that I bleed less when I rest vs being up and active. Got the results Friday right after the office closed so we haven’t been able to speak with a doctor yet. My husband is being so positive and awesome saying nothing for sure till we get another ultrasound or you have a full physical miscarriage and while he’s totally right, I’m definitely not being as strong as he is.

I did, unfortunately it ended in a miscarriage, I started miscarriage bleeding 2 days after my lower HCG draw. Mine weren’t that high though. I’m so sorry if it does end sadly

I did last week and sadly miscarried this week. I did however test negative the day I started bleeding so I knew I was having another loss x

HCG can be very temperamental.. I purposely avoided having mine tested because it caused me more anxiety if it wasn't exactly what was expected. Try to rest as much as possible and stay positive with your husband as impossible as that feels right now. This baby is already so loved.. just love it as much as you can for now while you feel in limbo with not knowing if loss is around the corner or not 🫂❤️‍🩹

Yes. It ended in a MC but I had an accident unfortunately. Hcg levels should go up every 48hrs I believe so if it decreases there is definitely something wrong

Sadly I ended up miscarrying twins when this happened to me. 4 weeks of bleeding and blood tests 😩

My levels are increasing but are slowing down, still no decrease or plateau but my pregnancy is going to end in MC. I'm sorry but it's not a good sign
