That's so odd! I breast fed till my first was 2 and he never had that problem and we do use fluoride free but might have to look into a different brand! I'm trying so hard not to feel guilty because it seems to be every tooth he has right now affected and my heart aches for him as I have horrible teeth myself 😔
My son is two and I thought he had a hole in one of his back teeth. A dentist has looked and it might be a hole or be a growth. She mentioned that if babies have had antibiotics from really early on it could effect the teeth but she wasn’t concerned. I’d go to the dentist obviously but if they did have antibiotics it might just be connected to that.
Currently dealing with something similar. The best bet is to take them to the dentist and they more than likely will recommend fluoride treatments and possibly caps. My LO will be getting caps soon because we breastfed past one. Don’t let them sleep with bottles or sippy cups unless they are drinking plain water. Keep doing what your doing in regards to the sugary stuff and try to maintain a brushing routine. We always brush first thing in the morning and right after bath time at night. If you haven’t yet, grab some fluoride free toothpaste because the dentist will recommend anti-cavity toothpaste that has fluoride in it but if your LO can’t spit on their own, I would only use smaller than a pea size amount (just a smear). We do fluoride toothpaste in the morning and fluoride free at night. I hope this helps!! 🤞🏾
