Is anyone else just terrified

I find social media just terrifying these days with all the scary stuff you see about foods and just everything! I feel absolutely terrified by it. Foods are killing us. Our environment is killing us. We shouldn’t vaccinate babies. Everyone is adhd/autistic because of the foods or vaccines. I can’t afford to eat organic. I can’t afford to drink glassed bottle water I can’t afford to live in the countryside where the air is better. I’m so scared for me and my children my younger one is due her MMR soon and I almost don’t want to get her it! Is this just all scare mongering. Like I understand to a certain extent about foods and environments. With pesticides. Heavy mentals all that but I just don’t know what to do for the better. I’m honestly scared. Please go easy on me. My anxiety I has reached it’s peak with it all

Vaccines do NOT cause autism or ADHD. All of what you are seeing is scaremongering.

Thank you. I just don’t understand why people are putting it out there trying to convince people of it’s truth

It's usually because they are trying to sell you something else

I can understand the stress of it all and wanting the best for your kids but a lot of this stuff is fearmongering like “chemicals are bad” to put that in perspective water is a chemical. Eat as healthy as you can and just do your best and try not to read the internet too much. Vaccines are not harmful. ❤️

@Courtney thank you for that. It’s so stressful. Especially when a lot of it is out of my control I can’t afford the best of the best organic foods but we do eat healthy. I still don’t feel like I’m doing enough. I feel mentally overwhelmed with it all.

I want to point out that organic doesn't equal healthy. Just try to not eat a lot of overly processed foods.

Hi ♥️♥️ I understand anxiety. I have it too. Could you try logging off for a bit, gather yourself and see how you feel when you’re head and heart are clear of all of it? As for vaccines: as others have said, they do NOT cause autism. There’s been numerous well rounded studies, one with over 65,000 participants, that have debunked it. The initial study that suggested the relationship was flawed and biased, and ended up being retracted.

Please log off of social media if it's scaring you this badly. The above are correct; most of what you've stated is either scaremongering or just blatant misinformation. Social media influences get rich from likes, watches, and clicks, they get paid from Google ads and other advertisements and endorsements, and the more sensational the story is, the more clicks it gets, the more money they make. Get health advice from your doctor and mainstream health services. Most of the things that are "killing" us have been around for years, and yes some are problems, but they are being vastly misrepresented. Step away from the scroll. Go outside. Get personal experience. Eat healthy, whole foods but don't feel guilty getting takeout once in awhile. Do your best for the environment and donate once in awhile to food banks. And please, please PLEASE get your vaccines. they are tried, tested, and safe and anyone who tries to tell you otherwise is either misinformed or selling something.

100%

I’m just so overwhelmed with it all. I haven’t logged on today but I can’t stop thinking about it and what changes I could make but there aren’t really any. We have a basic diet as it is. Lots of fresh fruit and veg and proteins
