multivitamins for kids
hi lovelies! i’ve seen quite a few shops sell mv for kids i was just wondering what they were for and should i get them in the future?
i’ve also seen quite a few posts about people giving them to their kids but no actual information as to the pros and cons. i was never given anything nor were/are the children around me, however if it benefits my child i will happily purchase! just looking for some insight thank you :)

I give my son a gummy vitamin. He loves it and I don’t see how it hurts. I get the Walmart brand one.

My son takes the zarbees immunity multivitamins never had a problem with but I also wish I would have gotten the Mary Ruth’s vitamins that way my 1 and 4 year old can both take and I also heard great things about them
