Could be a number of things but I always suggest looking out for CMPA as I wish I knew earlier with my daughter, she only ever vomited if I ate a lot of cheese that day. But of course look out for other symptoms in case it’s a tummy bug or anything else 🫶🏼

Thank you! I’ve had some cheese today with dinner but nothing else dairy in volume. Will deffo keep an eye on it x

Could it be that I have had too much dairy rather than a full allergy to it? I’ve been having cheese and dairy for the past two weeks x

It’s more of an intolerance that what you think of as an allergy with big reactions, I didn’t find out until my daughter was allergic around 4 months old because I always thought spit up and occasional vomiting after feeds was normal baby things! You can try cutting it out for 2 weeks and see if symptoms continue or not, if it is an allergen it can be trial and error, my daughter is allergic to cows milk, eggs, peanuts, and soya, but we only found out the rest when she tried them herself at 6 months old🤦🏼‍♀️ Once I cut them all from my diet her eczema completely cleared up and she was a much happier baby and never spit up or anything anymore, sometimes symptoms are so mild it’s difficult! CMPA is super common though, it’s always my go-to for advice because it’s such an easy fix 🫶🏼

You probably have an oversupply?

@Lauryne Thank you for sharing! Is your daughter still dairy intolerant or did she grow out of it?

In my experience this only happened to my babies when my milk fully came in and baby was adjusting to it. I would still keep an eye on it but it could be as simple as that.
