It looks like you need their steriliser for it, however any steriliser will work really

Yes, but they have a microwave steriliser that's like a tub thing. If you look at the pictures in the manual, it shows it

The photo you've uploaded isn't the right manual for your bottles unfortunately. Pain that they don't specify properly on them. Having said all of this, I'm sure there must be a way to sterilise the bottle in the microwave without their steriliser
You could try a microwave sterilising bag but should check the dimensions to make sure the bottle fits inside
Can you post a photo of the bottle you mean? We use MAM & the small and big ones are the same, so I'm a tad confused
