Anti-D injection booked for 26 weeks
Advice please!
I'm Rhesus negative and baby predicted positive, I've just got a letter saying my appointment for the anti D is booked for next week when I'll be 26 weeks. I've seen online NHS it's meant to be taken 28-30 weeks.. confused why they booked this already, does anyone know of any issues with this?

I had mine at 28 weeks - I don’t think there’s any harm in having it early but does seem a bit strange! I notice you’re Wokingham so assuming you’re at Royal Berks, Frimley or Wexham! I’m at Frimley and just had the one at 28 weeks and my next one will be when I give birth, but some hospitals offer 2 pre-birth!
