Nausea week 7 help 😭

I’m really struggling at work with trying to keep my pregnancy hidden. I am so unbelievably nauseous & tired from not eating for fear of vomiting. Can anyone offer any tips of what I can drink or eat to settle it please?

I also found for some reason fizzy pop helped me too x

I was drinking lemon water. It reduced my nausea
