I cannot say enough positive things about Dr. Genevieve Anderson at Perinatal Psychology Services, or Dr. Leila Fanni at Hornsby...both have high praise for a reason. Don't forget to get a mental health care assessment and plan, if possible, to allow you access to 10 x free sessions. There are also lots of free psychology services available, you'd be surprised...although sometimes due to this there is more of a waitlist. Good luck. 🩷✨️
