Kensington Wing Chelsea & Westminster
Hi ladies, looking for advice from anyone who went private with C&W hospital, I am currently 27 weeks pregnant and have decided to switch to private care due to health related issues and would like to hear from anyone who went midwife led in the Kensington wing and those that went consultant led. If you went consultant led, do you’ve any recommendations on consultants? Super grateful for any advice 🙏🏻 thank you in advance!

Hiya, I’ve signed up for the Ken wing—I’ve a complicated high risk momo twins. So have to be consultant led. Guy Thorpe Beeston is my consultant and recommended by the Fetal medicine consultant. They all seem to have specialism, perhaps worth checking for specialism you need.

Hey! I did and my baby girl is 6 months old now. BEST decision ever! My consultant was Angela yuila and I have nothing but praise for the Ken wing and my consultant!!! I had a c section and recovered very quickly!! The care from consultant led is such peace of mind! The only thing to watch out for is C&W and the urine tests, blood work is all extra and isn’t made clear I don’t think.
