Morning sickness at night

I eat every few hours even in the night, even if it's just a few bites, which lets me go back to sleep instead of vomiting. I keep a nutrient dense smoothie on my nightstand to sip off of day and night. as long as I keep eating to utilize the excess stomach acid demanding offerings of nutrients, I then can stay hydrated without severe acid reflux or vomiting. Otherwise, I'm a naturally polyphasic sleeper anyway, so once I appease my body, I turn every light and electronic dev back off and wait for my nap to take me until I wake up again 2-3 hours for my next feeding. If I get off track, then I'm up all night long in pain and throwing up; it can get so much worse than having to do all of these extra meals and snacks and staying on schedule, so I just do whatever works and this works for me.
