Labour signs
Hello, I’m 29 weeks today and have been experiencing some things that are concerning to me, I googled it and said they are labour related, I’m experiencing, vomiting, diarrhoea, period like cramps and a lot of pressure in my lower abdomen. Any advice and help is much appreciated. Thank you.

Minus the diarrhoea these are also sometimes symptoms of UTI, not to dismiss you but might make you feel a little less stressed? Id deffo call though and get assessed xx
It may be a tummy bug but 100% ring triage to be checked out

I would call triage just to get checked over., could be a bug I was feeling like this a few weeks ago.
