Yep, same, came for first pregnancy and after almost 4 years it's still daily here. It's better if I sleep with a pillow between my knees and when I do sciatica exercises but can go away a couple of days and then it's back

Iv tried the pillow and no relief I could honestly cry I still have another 10 weeks till I'm due

I had it so bad with my last pregnancy I had to stop working. It took me months to get over my fear of going to the chiropractor while pregnant, but no joke after like 3 sessions my pain was completely gone and I went once a week for a few weeks after to keep it pain free. I was absolutely amazed.

I had it so bad during my pregnancy, the only thing that helped me was delivery. As soon as baby was out all the pain was gone but I literally tried everything, it was daily and excruciating from 25-41 weeks.

I’m 12 weeks post partum and I’m still dealing with it. I’m seeing PT and a chiropractor and it is starting to get better. Hopefully after you deliver some swelling with go down and you will get at least a little relief!

I suffered so bad in pregnancy mostly only at bed time, I used these at night which helped a lottt, the pillow was great and the cream helped me relax and get a good nights sleep…. my physio referral took that long I’d given birth before they even reached out haha, but private can be expensive.

Yes I had it it started in my second trimester but I didn’t that’s what it was as I also had pelvic girdle pain. It got worse in these past 2 months but I’ve been seeing a chiropractor and started doing home exercises which really helped a lot! Please do stretching of your legs while putting them up on something after doing those it’s significantly healed a bunch. Some days I do have pain in my right butt but not as bad as before and putting a pillow between my legs help too

Do the number 4 exercise whatever leg is troubling you put that on your other knee and lean forward it releases the nerve (obviously if you can!) I had twins and was huge during pregnancy so it may not be doable!

Considering I only have on in there I'm big everyone comments a d iv had a growth scan he's on 63rd centie at the moment

I am not a big fan of yoga in general (I prefer kicking things…) but I did a prenatal yoga class when my sciatica flared up last pregnancy. I am very surprised to report that a few days later I realized it had all but vanished and never came back. Not saying it’ll be that successful for everyone but luckily it helped for me. Specifically the figure 4 stretch helped me a ton.

I did last time! I did pregnancy yoga from about 12 weeks right till birth and I saw a chiropractor weekly from about 18 weeks which helped the most

13 weeks pregnant and currently dealing with it from only being able to sleep on my left side, it hurts soo bad and is the main reason for my insomnia at night!!!

I had it super bad during my third trimester in my last pregnancy. Stretching and rolling on a ball provided minimal relief. Luckily it went away once I gave birth.

Yes, I had it too. I went to a chiropractor and it went away. I also did ball exercises to stretch my back and legs. Eventually it does go away when you do stretches.

yup

I had it bad though not excruciating and it went away a few weeks ago around the time I decided to start supplementing vitamin d. Not sure if it was a coincidence or what!

Check with your midwife/consultant but mine was happy for me to use a tens machine on my lower back and it worked really well! Not 100% better but definitely helped x Side note but I saw Skewen as the location, clicked on your photo and saw it was you!! I hope your pregnancy hasn’t been too rough on you!

Perhaps you can try Accupuncture or a Chiropractor make sure you mention your pregnancy, any complications, etc.
