C-section cause miscarriage?
Just had a scan to confirm I’ve miscarried. I asked the consultant what caused it. She said my age (39 in Sept) and having a C-section could have caused it. Is that correct? I’m worrying now.

@Kamryn🇲🇽 I was around 7 weeks when I miscarried but a baby was never seen. Just an empty sac.

I have heard that it's more likely to miscarriage if you've had a C-section by 35% so maybe that could be I reason
I have 4 c sections never been told I would be more likely to miscarry bc of it miscarriages happen 10 to 20% of pregnancy without a known cause it's just something us as women can't control sadly
