Random outburst of cries??

My 4 month old has started to just randomly cry out of the blue and nothing can help calm him down, usually it is because he is exhausted because he does not like to nap, how could I help him nap more in the day? He’s Defo a FOMO baby! He can also get in a state even if he’s not tired at all when he gets in this state of crying nothing will help him :(

Okay wait so are they actual cries or does it sound like your baby is panic attacking???? My babe is 4 months too and I swear a couple times a month recently she’ll start with short constant screams like sounds like a panic attack. Like hyperventilating and NOOOTHING will calm her down besides herself. It doesn’t sound like a cry really but her peds said everything’s fine

@Ava literally exactly the same thing!! It could go on for ages and then randomly he will just stop🤷🏻‍♀️

I DONT KNOW WHAT IT IS!!!!! I have my babe nap from 9-11 and 1:30-3:30 and then a mini nap at 5. She’s dependent on the bottle to sleep so it’s soooo easy to lay her down and she falls asleep sucking the bottle and then boom. We’ve started a consistent bedtime AT 7 and we haven’t had one of those outbursts again

@Ava It’s so bad when he starts like nothing at all stops it😭everything I try seems to make it worse!!! He only has about 2 naps a day and there usually only half a hour! Being overtired must be part of it but he never likes to sleep in the day
