Nipple pain with breastfeeding
I’ve seen the feeding nurse and she said babies latch is perfect but I’m still getting the initial latch pain which is very very painful, only lasts about 10-15 seconds but when does this go away? It’s been two weeks now?

It’s very painful but it is what it is. I’m 3weeks pp and it even made me dread feeding time. So I pump more. My nipples are so cracked. But I find that the purple nipple cream helps me a lot when baby is not cluster feeding.
Mind reduced to 2-3 seconds at around 2 weeks. I’m also pumping 3 times a day so I’m not sure if that’s making a difference
Are you putting nipple cream on after every time you feed and when you pump?? I put it on even if I don’t feel I need it
After week 2 mine is so much better
