Definitely drunk when asking this.

Does anyone with low Self-Esteem get frustrated when their husbands don't understand that it's not their fault that we have low self-esteem. Because lately I've been struggling with my husband always blaming himself for my low self-esteem that I've had since I was a child. If so, how do you explain to them that it's not their fault? All answers are appreciated.

Important thing to note, I am in therapy. I'm trying to work through all my problems. Tonight has just been a rough night

Just tell him he can't help with it and it's your issue to solve. Men are problem solvers by nature and will try to help you even if the solution isn't possible. It's an ego thing

Good luck giving yourself more love

Its literally in name “self” esteem nobody else is charge of that. His job is to make you feel safe and secure in the relationship and if he does let him know that.
