This was me 🫠 I recommend Ritz biscuits and white rice at dinners ha, that’s what got me through the first 11/12 weeks x
I had to chew on skittles and the smell of alcohol wipes
I had this throughout pregnancy up until about 20 weeks. If it gets so bad your GP can prescribed antisickness although I was physically sick multiple times a day so slightly different. Ginger biscuits where a life saver honestly!! Xx
I had this until delivery day. Antisickness meds didn't work for me, instead it got worse. I couldn't eat anything that isn't very spicy and I think apple helped me a bit because the nausea increases whenever I don't eat apples.
Acupuncture
I had nausea from w5 to w16 🥴 nothing really worked for me, but felt better at 3pm, I guess after obliging myself to eat some lunch. Ah! And acupuncture helped, but just for like 48h.
My midwife recommended unisom sleep tabs with vitamin b6 before bed. More b6 in the morning with food. This definitely helped take the edge off. But I was one of those mamas who had nausea all throughout both of my pregnancies. Very hard.
I was told to try vitamin B6 for nausea. Check with your OB first though!
I had that for most of my pregnancy u fortunately. It got easier in the second trimester but I was always just a tiny bit nauseous pretty much always. Nights were tough ad I couldn’t tell if I was hungry or just more nauseous. I had to keep snacking on bland foods. I felt so refreshed after my baby was born and my stomach stopped bothering me!
Vitamin B6! Sour candies Peppermint
I took ginger biscuits and 7up/sprite and it helped!
Nausea lasts until 12 weeks in most cases. Try ginger bites, gooseberry, mint. I have been there, it will be over soon, stay strong mama💪🫶
