After pains at 3 weeks PP

Hi Ladies. I’m 3 weeks postpartum tomorrow & I’ve been experiencing after pains that feel like contractions/strong period pains that last an hour. Is this normal & has anyone else experienced this? I’m bottle feeding & my milk has dried up.
