Constant screaming / screeching?

Anyone else’s toddler constantly screaming / screeching? Whether my daughter is happy / excited or upset / annoyed, she screams or screeches.. it’s so loud and hurts everyone’s ears… She’ll screech when she’s excited and happy, or scream when a toy gets stuck or falls over.. it’s CONSTANT, every little thing. It’s giving me constant headaches.. is this normal or a sign of something??
