Polyhydramnios

I had this picked up on a scan at 36 weeks. I had some blood tests done for infection and did 3 days of self blood sugar prick tests after each meal. Bloods came back negative and diabetes was ruled out! I went back today for another scan and fluid levels had returned back to normal! X

Thanks for replying! Good to know. It was a pre eclampsia scare and 4 days in hospital last week, that’s all clear, now this. She’s certainly keeping me on my toes haha x

Ooh poor thing. I know it’s worrying, I was worrying like mad but they said it could be the way they are positioned or they may have just had a big wee! X

I had polyhydramnios, I was absolutely massive and so uncomfortable 😂 baby was fairly big but not massive, I redid the GTT and negative. No cause found. All ok. When I had my c section I flooded the table a bit 🫣 there was so much coming out they couldn't suction it fast enough
