About 10min a day ,sensory things, nature videos etc
I put miss apple on. Shes basically the English version of Ms Rachel and does BSL signs instead of ASL which is useful for us as we do A BSL baby sign language course
He sometimes watches it when I'm feeding him so I've started turning it off if I notice. Trying not to actively put him in front of anything. I read that its bad for their brain development but who knows anymore you read conflicting information on every aspect of parenting now!
I put dancing fruit sometimes or if my toddler is watching something and he's there there's not much I can do to stop him looking at the TV too 😅
She’ll watch tv with us, our adult programmes but not children’s tv unless she’s chilling with her cousins which then it’s unavoidable x
I’ll probably get judge, but my little one does watch some tv, not constantly. But she will watch some Disney films (inside out and finding nemo), dancing fruits, ms Rachel. It’s mostly if I need to do some washing, or even in the morning to be able to get myself ready if she’s being particularly whiney. But everyone has different opinions on screen time! Do what’s best for you x
Miss Katie on YT. Also English version of Miss Rachel with BSL, not ASL or 'makatan '. Not heard of MISS Apple so can't comment on her but when I need to get stuff done I'll put something stimulating & educational on
When we have tried absolutely everything to settle my little one I'll put on black and white sensory YouTube. Once she's settled we will turn it off. She might only watch it for 15 mins every 3/4 days. But she loves adult tv and TikTok 🤣
I would avoid miss Rachel just because she's American, I have seen lots of toddlers picking up an accent from watching too much American TV. I think it's because she actively encourages copying and for the kids to verbalise not like other tv shows where the characters might have a different accent (like bluey being Australian, puffin rock being Irish)
Mine watches Mickey Mouse and he loves it. First 8 weeks of his life I put dancing fruits on for the colours as they couldn’t see properly and now he only had dancing fruits on now and again xx
Dancing fruit, Disney and Ms Rachel - I personally have to sometimes to be able to get stuff done
Dancing fruit Mickey Mouse club house Any Disney films Cocomelon I have a 2 year old aswell so trying to find things they both like 😅
I try to put something on for mine so I can sort some bits around the house but she is never interested so not much screen time 😂 the only time she actually pay attention to tv is when my husband is watching football
I usually put something on for mine in the morning so I can have a cup of tea while she’s chilled and then in the evening something calming for 10 minutes before a book and bed. I use baby tv which is a channel or you can get clips on YouTube. Also sometimes Disney but I don’t think I can bring myself to listen to Ms. Rachel as educational as she might be 🤣

Mine watches a bit of CBeebies - 20-30 min at most split through the day , nothing else on any other screen. I’m guessing it’s been certified as educational to be on national TV, and it’s when I want to get in the shower or eat etc.
Mine watches The Baby Club on bbc iplayer he absolutely loves it, you can join in at home too 😊 some very catchy songs on there 😂
No screen time at all for my baby till she’s at least one, I did same with my firstborn and he’s speech is great without miss Rachael x
