Avoid caffeine and low blood sugar is what I recommend to all my clients. I'm the morning, go for a good protein and low sugar, like eggs or yogurt. Not something starchy like bagels. Also, make sure to stay hydrated. You want to stay as balanced as possible, avoiding any highs or lows.
Have you tried acupuncture and Chinese medicine? I’d start there 🙏
After a while of trying to manage my PMDD naturally, I ended up burning out and had to get on fluoxetine. Im also doing all the things you mentioned , exercising, and drinking alot of water and limiting my caffeine intake in combination with fluoxetine has helped so much. Oh and therapy! I’m on the lowest dose and so far it’s been helping so much! I’m planning on only being on it short term. I think you’re doing everything right. I hope you find something that works for you!
