I had my “20week” scan at 19 weeks and my baby measured at 10oz. They said she’s in the 85 percentile… does that mean she’s large for her age? She’s perfectly healthy and moves a ton.
@Savy I was told my daughter is on the larger side too at 12oz. I’m so surprised OP was told her baby was measuring small?
I think the weight estimate is very vague. There is no direct way to weigh our babies. So… I would not worry too much. My girl was estimated at 13 oz at 20w5d. And I was told she is supposed to be ~14oz at 21 weeks. So go figure.
I had my scan at 19w6d and my baby was 12oz
I had my scan at 19w3d and my twins were 11oz each. Was told that was big for that age but that might have to do with twins being different. I have to have serial scans every month now cats they’ve been tracking big my entire pregnancy
Weird because I just had my scan at 20w2d baby girl measured 12oz and they told me 11oz was the goal weight for this scan. But that they don’t pay too much attention at this point to sizes because so much changes in the next few months and scans are not very accurate with weight. So i definitely wouldn’t worry!!🤍 but congrats!
