Car seat battles

Anyone else having issues with getting their 2-year-old into a car seat and have any tips or tricks that have worked? My daughter has always fought the car seat but we recently moved across the country to an area that requires we use the car instead of walking for just about every outing. We’ve done a LOT of long car rides starting at 3.5 months because we live far away from family, so this is a long-standing issue, but since our 2-week cross-country drive a couple weeks ago, it’s gotten nearly impossible to get her into the car. We had to give in a couple times and use the phone to get her into the seat because we couldn’t delay our travel any further and now she will not get in without it. We put a 2-3 minute time limit on it so she’s not just sitting and watching indefinitely but once the timer goes off and the phone locks she screams the entire rest of the time in the car. She is offered snacks, water, toys, etc. but she just shrieks and tosses them away and continues to cry. Anyone have any tricks or tips to reverse the reliance on the phone? Or just some solidarity?
